1. Platform Description

Tippd is a software platform that enables restaurants to collect digital tips and customer feedback via QR codes.


2. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Use the platform lawfully

  • Provide accurate feedback

  • Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service


3. Payments

  • Payments are processed by third-party payment service providers.

  • Tippd does not handle or store payment credentials.

  • Tips collected are settled to the Tippd platform account and managed as per agreed settlement terms with restaurants.


4. No Wallet or Escrow

Tippd does not operate a wallet, escrow, or stored-value facility.


5. Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, are handled according to the Refund Policy.


6. Limitation of Liability

Tippd is not responsible for service quality provided by restaurants or staff. The platform facilitates tipping and feedback only.


7. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.


8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
